Every child has a unique voice, personality and way of expressing themselves. With the right guidance and encouragement, children can learn to speak confidently, express their thoughts clearly and present themselves with greater ease.
IntellectSprouts presents the Confidence & Personality Development Workshop — a fun and interactive online session designed to help children build confidence, improve communication and develop expressive speaking skills.
Through age-appropriate activities, children will learn practical techniques related to self-introduction, body posture, confident presence, voice modulation and storytelling.
The workshop will be conducted by Sushmita Ma’am, a Child Pedagogy Expert, Public Speaking & Creative Writing Mentor with 5+ years of teaching experience.
A fun and interactive online workshop designed to help children build confidence, improve communication and express themselves effectively. Through age-appropriate activities covering self-introduction, confident presence, voice modulation and storytelling, children will learn to use their voice with greater confidence.

The workshop is open to children in the 4–6 years and 7–9 years age groups.
Children should participate in the session corresponding to their age group.
The workshop will be conducted online through Zoom.
Parents/guardians should ensure that the child joins the session on time.
Children are encouraged to participate actively in the activities and interactions during the workshop.
Parents may assist younger children with technical aspects such as joining the Zoom session, but the child should be encouraged to participate independently.
Please ensure that the child is seated in a quiet, comfortable and distraction-free environment during the session.
The child should keep necessary stationery/writing material nearby if instructed by the speaker during the session.
Participants are requested to maintain appropriate behaviour and respect the speaker and other participants throughout the workshop.
Please ensure that the registered contact number and email address are entered correctly.
E-certificates will be provided to all participants after the workshop.
The workshop link and joining instructions will be shared with the registered participant/parent through the contact details provided during registration.
Participants should have a stable internet connection and a suitable device with access to Zoom.
Participants are expected to join the session on time. Late joining may result in the child missing part of the workshop.
Registration is considered confirmed only after successful payment of the applicable workshop fee.
The workshop fee is ₹250 per participant.
The registration fee is for participation in the applicable age-group session mentioned at the time of registration. The fees once paid, is non-refundable in any circumstances.
Participants must provide accurate information during registration, including the child's name and age.
IntellectSprouts reserves the right to verify participant details wherever required.
The workshop schedule, session structure or activities may be modified by IntellectSprouts in case of unforeseen circumstances. Participants/parents will be informed of any significant changes.
In case of technical difficulties on the participant's side, such as poor internet connectivity, device issues or inability to access Zoom, IntellectSprouts will not be responsible for missed portions of the session/complete session.
The workshop is intended for educational and skill-development purposes. Participation does not guarantee any specific improvement or outcome in the child's confidence or communication abilities.
The workshop fee is non-transferable and, once registration is confirmed, cancellation/refund requests will not be entertained.
By registering, the parent/guardian confirms that they have read and accepted the workshop rules, guidelines and terms & conditions.
