IntellectSprouts is a digital-first platform. Most of our services, including competition participation, submissions, results, and certificates, are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping.

In certain competitions, winners may receive physical rewards (such as trophies, medals, certificates, or gift items). Shipping for such rewards is handled as follows:

• Shipping Coverage: Physical rewards are shipped only within India.
• Shipping Charges: Shipping costs, if any, will be clearly mentioned during registration or communicated to winners separately.
• Dispatch Timeline: Rewards are typically dispatched within 15–30 business days after result declaration and winner verification.
• Delivery Timeline: Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier partner, and external factors.

• Participants must provide accurate and complete shipping details.
• IntellectSprouts is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses or unavailability of recipients.

• Shipments are sent via trusted third-party courier partners.
• Tracking details will be shared where available.

• If a reward is received in a damaged condition or not delivered, participants must notify us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.
• Resolution will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after dispatch for most locations in India. Expedited Shipping: Available on request at an additional cost, with delivery within 2-3 business days post-dispatch.

All items are securely packaged to ensure they are not damaged during transit. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please refer to our Return and Replacement Policy.
