Introduction

IntellectSprouts primarily offers digital services related to skill-based competitions for children. Please read this policy carefully before registering for any competition.

Digital Services & Registration Fees

  • All payments made towards competition registration fees are non-refundable once the registration is successfully completed.
  • Since participation, access, and evaluation are digital in nature, cancellations or refunds are not permitted after submission or access is granted.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made by the participant
  • Technical errors resulting in failed registration despite successful payment
  • Cancellation of a competition by IntellectSprouts

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Physical Rewards (If Applicable)

  • Physical rewards (trophies, medals, certificates, or merchandise) are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases where the item is received in a damaged or defective condition.
  • Any such issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting images.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Change of mind after registration
  • Failure to participate or submit an entry
  • Disqualification due to rule violations
  • Incorrect details provided by the participant
