IntellectSprouts is an MSME-registered organiser of competitions and activities for children aged 3 to 12. We plan, run and report events for schools, pre-schools, NGOs and other institutions anywhere in India, in person or online. Each event includes age-wise categories, judging, certificates and a post-event summary. Principals, teachers, trustees, HR and CSR teams and NGO leads can request an event using the form on this page.

Frequently asked questions
How do we request an event at our school or institution?
Fill in the form on this page. Our team calls or WhatsApps you within one working day to understand what you need, then we agree the activities, age groups, date and format together.
Which age groups do you cover?
Children aged 3 to 12, from Nursery to Grade 8. Events are divided into age or grade categories so children compete with their peers.
Do you run events in person or online?
Both. Depending on your location and the activity, we can come to your premises, run a live online session for children gathered at your premises, or run a hybrid event where entries are judged centrally.
Do you work outside big cities?
We accept requests from across India. The format we recommend depends on where you are, so tell us your city and state in the form.
What does it cost?
It depends on the activity, the number of children and who covers the cost. Tell us your preference in the form and we will send a clear quote before anything is confirmed.
Do children receive certificates?
Yes. Participants receive participation certificates and winners receive winner certificates. Some events also include medals, trophies or prizes.
Can NGOs, pre-schools and other institutions request an event?
Yes. Schools, pre-schools, NGOs, trusts, hospitals, corporate and CSR teams, libraries, clubs and activity centres can all submit a request.
Who can fill in the form?
Anyone who can speak for the institution: principals, vice-principals, management, administrators, teachers and coordinators, HR or CSR teams, NGO leads and parent associations.
