The Shloka Recitation Competition by IntellectSprouts is a beautiful opportunity for children to connect with India’s rich cultural roots through the power of Sanskrit and Hindi shlokas.
This competition encourages kids to build confidence, improve pronunciation, and develop a deeper understanding of traditional values while presenting themselves on a digital platform.
Give your child an opportunity to rediscover the beauty of Indian traditions through the Shloka Recitation Competition. This event encourages young minds to learn and present timeless shlokas, helping them develop confidence, clarity in speech, and a deeper connection with our cultural roots. It’s not just a competition, but a step towards nurturing values and expression.
Participants must recite shlokas only.
Chalisa is NOT allowed.
Maximum 4 lines per shloka.
Focus on pronunciation and clarity.
The participant must be clearly visible in the video at all times.
Prompting, reading from screen/paper, or external assistance during recitation is discouraged.
Any form of cuts, editing, filters, or background music is not allowed
Simple and decent attire is encouraged (traditional wear optional). Background should be neat and distraction-free. Use of props is minimal and optional, focus should remain on recitation

Registration fee is Rs. 100 per participant. No hidden charges.
Each participant must register separately.
Once registered, the fee is non-refundable.
Entries submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
IntellectSprouts reserves the right to:
Decision of judges will be final and binding.
Certificates will be provided digitally.
Prizes (medals) will be dispatched to winners after results.
