One entry must be submitted under the participant's correct age category to be eligible for e-certificate.

The artwork must be based on the assigned age-wise topic.

Artwork must be made on a plain A4-size sheet.

Any suitable traditional art medium may be used.

The artwork must be original and created by the participating child.

Copying, tracing or reproducing another person's artwork is not permitted.

Parents may provide dotted-line guidance only for children aged 3–4 years.

Parents or other individuals must not create, colour or substantially modify the child's artwork.

Parents should retain the drawing-process recording until results are announced in case it is requested for verification.

The complete artwork must be clearly visible in the submitted photograph.

The judging team's decision will be final.

Top 3 winners will be selected from each age category.

All eligible participants will receive an E-Certificate.

Registration once completed cannot be cancelled or refunded except where the competition is cancelled by IntellectSprouts.

Parents are requested to record the child while they are making the artwork. The recording may be requested by the IntellectSprouts judging team for verification of originality. Parents should retain the recording until the competition process is completed.

Children are encouraged to interpret the topic in their own creative way. There is no fixed design or appearance that the robot must have.

The artwork must be submitted through the prescribed submission process before the deadline.

Entries submitted after the submission deadline may not be considered.

Participants may use any suitable art medium such as crayons, colour pencils, sketch pens, watercolours, etc.

Parents may assist children in the 3–4 years category by providing dotted-line guidance only. The actual drawing and colouring should be done by the child.
