The participant must perform individually. Group performances are not allowed.

Only Bollywood Freestyle Dance is permitted, any other dance style will award negative marks.

The dance performance must be recorded on a Bollywood song only, any other song type will lead to disqualification.

Video duration must be between 60 - 80 seconds. Longer videos will only be judged till 80 seconds.

The participant's face should be clearly visible in the video.

Costumes and simple props may be used, provided they are safe and age-appropriate.

The submitted video must be freshly recorded specifically for this competition. Videos from school functions, annual days, stage performances, dance academies, public events, or previously participated competitions will not be accepted.

IntellectSprouts may request the original video file or additional verification if required.

The judging criteria shall be:

• Creativity & Choreography – 30%
• Rhythm & Synchronization – 30%
• Expression & Energy – 20%
• Overall Presentation – 20%

Record the video in a plain indoor setting or a natural home environment such as a living room, terrace, garden, balcony, or similar location.

Avoid recording on decorated stages, auditoriums, school platforms, competition venues, dance academy stages, or professional performance setups.

Ensure proper lighting so that the participant is clearly visible. Keep the camera stable throughout the performance.

The audio should be clear and audible.

Basic trimming of the video is permitted; however, excessive editing, visual effects, performance enhancements, or multiple camera angles may lead to disqualification.

Parents may assist with recording, but the performance should be entirely the child's own effort.

Submit the video before the submission deadline. Late entries will not be accepted.
