Eligibility

1. The competition is open to children belonging to the mentioned grade categories only.
2. Each participant must submit a separate entry form. Multiple children cannot participate through one registration.

Artwork Rules

1. The given half image must be completed creatively by the child.
2. Drawing must be hand-drawn only. Tracing, digital drawing, AI-generated art, or adult assistance is not allowed.
3. Participants may add background and additional elements.
4. Any coloring medium (crayons, pencils, sketch pens, watercolor, etc.) is allowed.
5. Artwork must be made on an A4 size sheet only.

Proof of Work

1. Parents must keep a short video or photo proof showing the child drawing/coloring.
2. Organizers may request proof at any stage. Failure to provide proof may lead to disqualification.

Submission Guidelines

1. Submit a clear, well-lit photograph of the final artwork.
2. Blurry, cropped, heavily edited, filtered, or shadowed images may be rejected.
3. Only one submission per participant is allowed.
4. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

Originality

1. The artwork must be original and created solely by the child.
2. Copying from the internet, books, friends, siblings, or previous artworks will lead to disqualification.

Judging

1. Decision of the judges will be final and cannot be challenged.
2. Judging will be based on creativity, effort, neatness, color sense, and age appropriateness.
3. Results date may slightly vary depending on number of entries.

Certificates & Prizes

1. E-participation certificates will be provided to all valid participants.
2. Only eligible entries following all rules will be considered for winners.

Use of Photographs & Videos

1. By participating, parents agree that IntellectSprouts may use the child’s name, photo, or artwork on social media, website, or promotional materials.
2. No separate permission will be taken later for posting entries or winner announcements.

Disqualification

1. Entries violating any rule, using adult help, copied work, or fake details will be disqualified without notice.

General

1. IntellectSprouts reserves the right to modify rules, dates, or categories if required.
2. Participation in the competition implies acceptance of all the above terms.
